Throughout the installation process, safety measures are taken to ensure that the workers and the building are protected.
- Inspection and preparation - We inspect the existing roof (if applicable) and prepare the roof deck, removing the old roofing materials, repairing any damage and ensuring the deck is clean and free of debris.
- Installation of underlayment - Once the roof deck is ready, an underlayment is installed to provide an additional layer of protection against moisture and other weather elements.
- Installation of flashing - Flashing is installed around chimneys, vents and other roof penetrations to prevent water from seeping through these areas.
- Installation of the roofing material - The roofing material is applied in overlapping layers, with each layer serving as an additional barrier against the weather.
- Finishing touches - Finally, ridge caps, vents and gutters are added to complete the installation and ensure the roof is functional and looks the part.
